It happened….

I got myself a French Bulldog puppy.

What have I gotten myself into??

Let me introduce to you William, my 10 week old Frenchie.

He’s a Blue/Brindle.

Here are some pics:

I was lucky to get him from my good friend Steady from Steady Made Kennels who I grew up with.

Steady mainly breeds top of the line Bully’s but just recently got into breeding Frenchies and gave me the first pick from his first liter.

Guess it was meant to be…

By the way if you are looking for some good bloodlines hit me up and I’ll make sure you are taken care of…

Anyhow, It’s been 2 weeks and let me tell you…

My Productivity and Sleep have gone to shit.

I’ve never been more tired.

I didn’t really understand how much work it would be to take care of a new puppy but I swear it’s just like having a new born baby.

At this phase he’s terrorizing my life…LOL.

William is chewing everything, biting, and marking his territory left n right…

My friend Charles who has experience with dogs sent me a care package in the mail that practically saved me for the first week.

Thank you Charles!

Everyone I talk to who has a dog has told me the exact same thing which is

“It’s going to be tough at first, but it’ll be worth it.”

So for now I’m just doing the best I can.

I originally got the dog for my daughter Naomi who is turning 10 years old.

I figured it would be a good way to give her some responsibilities and doing some prior research I read that children who grow up with animals seem to develop much better overall.

I’m not sure how true this is but logically seems about right.

I can tell you this… For a dog William is living like a Boss.

As expensive as Frenchies can be you have to make sure you are feeding them proper food and I’m dropping money to make sure his diet is on point.

Are any of my readers here Pet owners?

What’s your thoughts on them and how have they impacted your life for the better or for the worse?

Drop a comment and let me know!
